Our Story

Sea Scape Properties is a family owned boutique property management company located on Wrightsville Beach, NC. We offer beach vacation rentals and property management services in Wrightsville Beach, Carolina Beach, Kure Beach, Ocean Isle Beach and Topsail Island, NC.

Our company has grown from a few vacation rentals to 100+ properties in just a few short years. How did we do it? We never lost touch with what our property owners and guests have come to expect from us – expertly maintained and well appointed vacation homes.

As a result, we have become the leading property management company in our area! Our veteran staff is driven to provide the most memorable vacation experience possible by creating a relaxing and welcoming atmosphere in all our homes.

Each beach rental comes with fresh linens, essential paper products, beach accessories, kitchen utensils, etc., to avoid the hassle of bringing your own. Most importantly, we strive to make your vacation a relaxing one!
