Welcome to the Heron’s Nest at Wrightsville Beach! This newly painted 4 bedroom, 2 ½ bathroom top floor condo offers ocean views. Located in central Wrightsville Beach – just steps from the beach, local restaurants, bars, and the loop!

Beachside Breeze is named for its perfect proximity to the beach, just 3 houses back from the ocean on beach access number 13 (3 streets from Johnnie Mercer Pier, Shark bar, and close to catch a nice walk or bike ride around Wrightsville’s famous ‘loop’) The freshly furnished & decorated open-concept living area with 9-foot ceilings flows out to the covered wrap-around porch where you will catch the most beautiful views and sounds of the ocean and the salt breeze. The master bedroom is furnished with a king-sized bed. Attached is a private bathroom with a walk-in spa-like shower. Just down the hall from the main living area are three additional guest rooms. A bedroom with a king-sized bed, a bedroom with a queen-sized bed, and the fourth bedroom has a set of bunk beds (twin over a twin), perfect for the kiddos. All have access to a well-appointed bathroom with a tub/shower combination and a half bathroom. All bedrooms except the bunk room have a Smart TV with Spectrum Cable. Off the hallway is the laundry closet with a washer/dryer. The open-plan kitchen/dining/living area is optimal for family gatherings. The kitchen, with granite countertops, has been generously equipped with all the comforts you would find in your own home. Updated dining allows family get-togethers with seating for +8 and an additional barstools to seat 4.

There is a private outdoor shower (with hot and cold water) to help rinse off the sand after a long day on the beach. The extra long garage can accommodate two vehicles (tandem) as well as two additional car parking spaces in the driveway. The garage is equipped with several bikes, kids bikes, beach carts, toys, chairs, gas grill and folding picnic tables so you can just arrive and start having fun.

Please note: The upper bunk has a weight limit of 75 pounds. We also have a pack-n-play and high chair for the little ones.

INCLUDED: WIFI, Spectrum cable, generously stocked kitchen, paper goods, and ALL linens, including all bedding + bath + beach towels to save you the hassle/cost of renting them separately ($300+ value)! When you arrive, beds will be made with crisp, fresh linens and complete sets of fluffy towels will be available.

Please notify our office if you’re planning to bring a pet as the following pet policy will apply: A maximum of 2 pets are permitted. ONLY DOGS ARE ALLOWED. The pet fee is $200 per pet plus tax. A pet fee will be added after booking. No dogs are allowed without prior approval and payment of a non-refundable pet fee, per pet. Undisclosed dogs will incur a minimum $300 fine plus tax. Violation of our 2-pet maximum policy will incur a minimum of $300 plus tax charge, per pet, plus the tenant will be in material breach of the lease, and grounds for eviction will apply. The pet must be removed from the premises immediately, and your reservation may be canceled with no refund given.

**Please note:  All service animals & emotional support animals must be disclosed at the time of booking to allow the agent to collect records and documentation to support the request in accordance with all state and federal laws. A pet fee will NOT be charged for true Service Animals.**

No pets are allowed on the beach strand from April 1 through September 30. Pets must be on a leash if on the beach strand from October 1 through March 31.

Sea Scape requires that all reservations have a signed rental agreement on file that will be emailed to you after booking. Once you’ve booked your stay, you will have 48 hrs. to complete the rental agreement to confirm your stay. Sea Scape reserves the right to cancel your booking if the rental agreement is not completed within 48hrs.
