Take in the ocean breezes from one of several decks. Catch the sunset from the rooftop deck overlooking the Carolina Beach Boardwalk.

The main level includes a comfortable living space and easy access to the deck’s ocean views. Grill dinner on the electric grill right outside. The kitchen is updated and makes preparing meals for your group easy. There’s eating for 6 at the bar. The dining nook includes seating for 6 more.

Each bedroom has a private bathroom and plenty of comfortable space for your entire group to spread out and relax. The Queen bedroom is on the second level and offers an attached private bathroom, tv, plus private deck access with ocean views. The third bedroom, also on the second floor, offers a queen bed, twin sized day bed with a twin trundle that pulls out and includes a TV plus the private attached bathroom. A washer and dryer are available for guest use and are located in the hall closet on the second level. The King suite located on the third floor has deck access to ocean views. There is also a workspace, TV, and sofa. The private bathroom has a jetted tub, a separate shower, and dual vanities.

The beach access on Hamlet St. is only a short stroll away and offers public restrooms and showers for your convenience.

INCLUDED: WIFI, fully stocked kitchen, paper goods, and ALL linens, including all bedding + bath + beach towels to save you the hassle/cost of renting them separately ($200-300+ value)! When you arrive, beds will be made with crisp, fresh linens and complete sets of fluffy towels will be available. Beach bikes, coolers, beach carts, and beach accessories are also provided for your enjoyment.

You must be 25 years or older to rent this property.

Please notify our office if you’re planning to bring a pet as the following pet policy will apply: A maximum of 2 pets are permitted. ONLY DOGS ARE ALLOWED. The pet fee is $200 plus tax for the first pet, and $100 plus tax for the second pet. A pet fee will be added after booking. No dogs are allowed without prior approval and payment of a non-refundable pet fee, per pet. Undisclosed dogs will incur a minimum $300 fine plus tax. Violation of our 2-pet maximum policy will incur a minimum of $300 plus tax charge, per pet, plus the tenant will be in material breach of the lease, and grounds for eviction will apply. The pet must be removed from the premises immediately, and your reservation may be canceled with no refund given.

**Please note:  All service animals & emotional support animals must be disclosed at the time of booking to allow the agent to collect records and documentation to support the request in accordance with all state and federal laws. A pet fee will NOT be charged for true Service Animals.**

No pets are allowed on the beach strand from April 1 through September 30. Pets must be on a leash if on the beach strand from October 1 through March 31.

From April 1st – Sept. 30, dogs are allowed on the beach before 9:00 am and after 5:00 pm. No dogs are allowed on the beach between 9:00 am -5:00 pm. From October 1st – May 31st, dogs are allowed on the beach at any time.

Sea Scape requires that all reservations have a signed rental agreement on file that will be emailed to you after booking. Once you’ve booked your stay, you will have 48 hrs. to complete the rental agreement to confirm your stay. Sea Scape reserves the right to cancel your booking if the rental agreement is not completed within 48hrs.
