Get ready for the ultimate beach vacation experience. Bluewater Villa is a brand-new luxury rental on Topsail Island offering stunning, unobstructed views of the ocean and waterway, along with premium amenities designed for comfort, relaxation, and enjoyment.

This spacious home features 8 beautifully appointed bedrooms and 6 full bathrooms, including three private bedroom suites with en-suite baths. Each bedroom offers a peaceful retreat with comfortable bedding and thoughtful design. Providing a restful space for every guest.

Inside, you’ll find a bright, open living area with plenty of natural light, stylish coastal décor, and comfortable seating. Whether you’re reading, watching a movie, or taking in the sweeping ocean and waterway views, this space is ideal for relaxing. An elevator provides access to all levels (elevator reliable, but not guaranteed).

Take in the stunning turquoise ocean and water views, which can be enjoyed from nearly every room in the house. Whether you’re cooking up a storm in the fully equipped kitchen, gathering with friends and family in the spacious living areas, or lounging on one of the expansive outdoor decks, you’ll be able to take in the beauty of the coast from every angle. The backside decks provide a first-row view to the intercoastal waterway. Enjoy amazing sunsets and wildlife watching with the occasional sailboat or yacht cruising in the distance.

When you’re ready to hit the beach, direct access to the beach is available via the private path across from the home. Spend time lounging at the beach, building sandcastles with the kids, or taking long walks along the shore. For your convenience, an outdoor shower is available for getting all the sand off. And when you’re ready for a break, enjoy a rinse in the outdoor shower and relax in the private heated pool or hot tub.

Note: Pool heating is available for a non-refundable $300 fee during mid-to-late March through June 1 and September 1 through November 1 (weather and temperature permitting). Please provide 3–4 days’ notice prior to arrival for pool heating.

Primary renter must be 25 years or older to rent this property.

Please notify our office if you’re planning to bring a pet as the following pet policy will apply: A maximum of 2 pets are permitted. ONLY DOGS ARE ALLOWED. The pet fee is $250 plus tax for each pet. A pet fee will be added after booking. No dogs are allowed without prior approval and payment of a non-refundable pet fee, per pet. Undisclosed dogs will incur a minimum $300 fine plus tax. Violation of our 2-pet maximum policy will incur a minimum of $300 plus tax charge, per pet, plus the tenant will be in material breach of the lease, and grounds for eviction will apply. The pet must be removed from the premises immediately, and your reservation may be canceled with no refund given.

**Please note: All service animals and emotional support animals must be disclosed at the time of booking to allow the agent to collect records and documentation to support the request in accordance with all state and federal laws. A pet fee will NOT be charged for true Service Animals.**

Sea Scape requires that all reservations have a signed rental agreement that will be sent to you via text message after booking. Once you’ve booked your stay, you will have 48 hrs. to complete the rental agreement to confirm your stay. Sea Scape reserves the right to cancel your booking if the rental agreement is not completed within 48hrs.

    The home was in a perfect location — just cross the street and you’re on the beach! The house itself provided ample space for multiple families to gather, and was well-appointed, with plenty of linens, beach towels, beach chairs, etc. for our whole crew. The kitchen had all of the items we needed to cook for our group. The beds were comfortable. In many visits to beach houses along the North Carolina coast, I can honestly say that this one was by far the cleanest when we arrived. The floors and bathrooms were spotless. That is no small feat in a home so near the beach, but the cleaning crew deserves kudos for a job very well done! We opted to heat the pool, and the property manager was very responsive and helpful in getting that done for us so that we could enjoy the pool despite the cooler/windier/rainier (October) weather. We made great memories here!

    Beautiful place with great views of ocean and the sound. House was really well equipped with everything you could need. Even had beach chairs and beach towels. It was the perfect place for our entire family with plenty of rooms and open concept to hangout together. Highly recommend!!
