That big window as you come up the stairs is awesome! As are the two side porches off the bedrooms! Absolutely perfect house for us! It had everything and more we could ask for; proximity + the beach + the sound is just right. Truly the best house we’ve ever rented. Getting in a day early + the offer for a late checkout is awesome. The property management company is superb! Best company in 20 years that we’ve dealt with! Bravo!

We recently stayed at Coral Bay. The proximity to the ocean was lovely as was having direct access to the inlet. In addition, all of the wonderful amenities of the house, like the pool and hot tub, made this one of the best houses we have stayed at. The house was spacious and comfortable.

A PERFECT STAY! We stayed with 4 families with children and teens and some elders too! Coral Bay was the perfect pick to serve all of our needs! The bedrooms are all spacious and the floor plan was so well laid out that it allowed for nap time (kids and adults) to be nice and quiet. The common areas we generous in size and there was always a place to sit and plenty of places to hide if you wanted to get away. Pool is big, with a slide and it overlooks the water and deck in the rear. Deck was a great place to toss in our fishing poles and there is even a crab trap and a kayak provided for more fun. And we did it all! LOL We have been renting in Topsail for over 20 years, and this was the best house we ever got. PS – We have ALWAYS gotten a house right on the beach – this house was actually better than all the ones we had before. Having unobstructed views from across the street actually gave us better views and the sunsets from the back decks were exceptional!
