We have a big family staying together. The house served us supper well. We are having an amazing vacation here.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The home was beautifully appointed and spotless, making it feel comfortable and inviting. The location was stunning, just a short walk from the ocean, which added so much to our experience. Candice was amazing—she was quick to respond to any questions both before and during our stay, making everything smooth and easy. Our family had a fantastic time, and we highly recommend this property for a family gathering.

Grand Topsail Villa was absolutely perfect for hosting our annual women’s retreat! There were 10 bedrooms and lots of space for us to be together but also have the ability to take time to ourselves. The view is stunning, and the house is right on the beach. The wrap porches were wonderful for watching the sunsets. The kitchen is fully stocked making cooking very easy. The beds are super comfortable, and each bedroom has plenty of space. The house was also very clean and thoughtfully decorated
