Heaven’s Horizon provides a comfortable retreat for your next vacation getaway. The open-concept floorplan provides plenty of space so your group can hang out in the kitchen, dining area, or living room while still enjoying ocean views and one another’s company.

The modern, fully stocked kitchen is well equipped with all the conveniences of home. You’ll love gathering around the kitchen island conversing together while meals are prepared.

There are four bright and airy bedrooms, each with ocean or waterway views, high-end linens, and ultra-comfortable beds, plus three full bathrooms.

Though you’re sure to love your time indoors, chances are you’ll end up spending plenty of time outdoors enjoying the ocean and waterway views from the decks, swimming in the community pool, soaking up some sun on the beach, surfing, playing in the waves, or checking out the local shops and restaurants.

The 2023 summer season will welcome a new oceanfront community pool to swim in or relax by after a fun filled day at the beach.

An enclosed outdoor shower provides some privacy while rinsing the sand and sunscreen away and the private elevator services all levels of the property.

INCLUDED: WIFI, fully stocked kitchen, paper goods and ALL linens, including all bedding + bath + beach towels to save you the hassle/cost of renting them separately ($200-300+ value)! When you arrive, beds will be made with crisp, fresh linens and complete sets of fluffy towels will be available. Beach bikes, cooler, beach cart and beach accessories are also provided for your enjoyment.

Please notify our office if you’re planning to bring a pet as the following pet policy will apply: A maximum of 2 pets are permitted. Pet fee is $200 plus tax for the first pet, $100 plus tax for the second pet. Pet fee will be added after booking. No dogs allowed without prior approval and payment of a non-refundable pet fee, per pet. Undisclosed dogs will incur a minimum $300 fine plus tax. Violation of our 2 pet maximum policy will incur a minimum of $300 plus tax charge, per pet, plus the tenant will be in material breach of the lease and grounds for eviction will apply. The pet must be removed from the premises immediately, and your reservation may be canceled with no refund given.

**A pet fee will incur on Emotional Support Animals. If you plan on bringing a Service dog, please provide proper documentation.**

Dogs must be on a leash (no longer than 20ft) when off its own property limits from the period between May 15 through September 30 of each year.

Sea Scape requires that all reservations have a signed rental agreement on file that will be emailed to you after booking. Once you’ve booked your stay, you will have 48 hrs. to complete the rental agreement to confirm your stay. Sea Scape reserves the right to cancel your booking if the rental agreement is not completed within 48hrs.
