From the moment you arrive, you’ll be surrounded by the beauty of the North Carolina coast. Whether you’re enjoying your morning coffee on one of the furnished decks, preparing meals in the fully stocked kitchen, or unwinding in the comfortable living room, you’ll enjoy scenic views and inviting spaces throughout the home.

Step outside to enjoy multiple decks, a private pool, hot tub, and fire pit—perfect for making the most of your time together. The pool is an ideal place to cool off after a day at the beach, while the hot tub offers a relaxing way to unwind in the evenings. Beach access is conveniently located just across the road, making it easy to spend your days by the ocean and return home to your own private retreat.

The home features a residential elevator serving every level, making it convenient for luggage and groceries. As with most residential elevators, proper door and gate closure are required for operation, and elevator availability cannot be guaranteed at all times.

Pool heat is available seasonally for a $300 non-refundable fee from mid-March through June 1 and September 1 through November 1 (weather permitting). Requests for pool heat must be made at least 3–4 days before arrival. Please note that heated pools are weather-dependent and may not reach a desired temperature during colder outdoor conditions.

Inside, the open-concept living area offers comfortable seating, a large flat-screen TV, and plenty of space to gather after a day at the beach. The fully equipped kitchen features modern appliances, generous counter space, and everything needed to prepare meals at home. The adjacent dining area provides seating for your group while enjoying views of the surrounding waterways.

At the end of the day, retreat to one of six comfortable bedrooms, thoughtfully furnished with quality linens to help you relax and recharge. The home comfortably accommodates up to 14 guests, making it an excellent choice for family vacations, reunions, and group beach getaways.

Parking

Driveway parking is available for 4–5 vehicles, depending on vehicle size. Paid public parking is enforced daily from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Any additional vehicles that cannot fit in the driveway must use paid public parking.

Included With Your Stay

Your reservation includes complimentary WiFi, a fully stocked kitchen, paper goods, and all linens—including bedding, bath towels, and beach towels—so there’s no need to rent them separately. Beds are professionally made prior to arrival, and a backpack-style cooler, beach chairs, and other beach accessories are also provided for your convenience. Please use the backpack cooler when visiting the beach to help protect the dunes from damage caused by dragging coolers or carts.

Guests must be 25 years of age or older to rent this property.

Pet Policy

A maximum of two dogs is permitted with prior approval. The pet fee is $250 per pet, plus applicable taxes, and will be added after booking. Pets must be approved before arrival. Undisclosed pets are subject to a minimum $300 fine per pet, plus applicable taxes. Exceeding the two-pet limit may result in additional charges and may constitute a violation of the rental agreement, including possible cancellation of the reservation without refund.

Service animals are accommodated in accordance with Airbnb policy and applicable law. Pet fees do not apply to service animals. Guests traveling with service animals are encouraged to contact us before arrival with any questions.

Dogs are welcome on Topsail Beach provided they remain on a leash no longer than 20 feet. Please clean up after your pet; complimentary waste bags are available at beach access points.

Rental Agreement

Sea Scape Properties requires all reservations to include a signed rental agreement. After booking, you’ll receive the agreement via text message and will have 48 hours to complete and return it. Reservations may be canceled if the agreement is not completed within that time frame.
