Renovated in 2016, this north end Wrightsville Beach condo has both direct beach access and 2 community pools – along with a tennis court. Don’t choose between a view of the ocean and a view of the marshy sound – here you get both from your 2BR end unit + 2 bed loft. Peace and activity – that’s Salty Sunrise.

Parking instructions:
2 parking spaces. Will receive parking passes. No additional parking passes can be provided due to strict HOA rules and regulations. Any additional vehicles must park in paid public parking.

INCLUDED: WIFI, fully stocked kitchen, paper goods and ALL linens, including all bedding + bath + beach towels to save you the hassle/cost of renting them separately ($200-300+ value)! When you arrive, beds will be made with crisp, fresh linens and complete sets of fluffy towels will be available. Beach bikes, cooler, beach cart and beach accessories are also provided for your enjoyment.

You must be 25 years or older to rent this property.

Sea Scape requires that all reservations have a signed rental agreement that will be sent to you via text message after booking. Once you’ve booked your stay, you will have 48 hrs. to complete the rental agreement to confirm your stay. Sea Scape reserves the right to cancel your booking if the rental agreement is not completed within 48hrs.

  • Absolutely gorgeous place.

  • Wrightsville Dunes north end is my favorite spot on the island. Seascape Properties ~ extremely professional reply to texts in minutes, great to work with. We had an issue with tv’s, a tech guy was sent out quickly and fixed our issue. We have been coming to WB for 15 years, this year was the easiest check in/checkout, easy to get info from the email/texts etc.
