Ocean front, right on the dunes, hammock, and rocking chairs on the wrap-around porch… what’s not to love? Just a short distance until you’re in the water, and a little further to Crystal Pier and Oceanic Restaurant. This gem of a cottage has 5 bedrooms, and the most comfortable interior you can find. This is the idyllic spot for your family or friends to retreat to the beach!

Parking instructions:
Parking for 4 cars depending on size. Any additional vehicles that do not fit at the property must park in paid public parking.

INCLUDED: WIFI, fully stocked kitchen, paper goods, and ALL linens, including all bedding + bath + beach towels to save you the hassle/cost of renting them separately ($200-300+ value)! When you arrive, beds will be made with crisp, fresh linens and complete sets of fluffy towels will be available. Cooler, beach cart, and beach accessories are also provided for your enjoyment.

You must be 25 years or older to rent this property.

No pets allowed.

**Please note: All service animals & emotional support animals must be disclosed at the time of booking to allow the agent to collect records and documentation to support the request in accordance with all state and federal laws. A pet fee will NOT be charged for true Service Animals.**

No pets are allowed on the beach strand from April 1 through September 30. Pets must be on a leash if on the beach strand from October 1 through March 31.

Sea Scape requires that all reservations have a signed rental agreement that will be sent to you via text message after booking. Once you’ve booked your stay, you will have 48 hrs. to complete the rental agreement to confirm your stay. Sea Scape reserves the right to cancel your booking if the rental agreement is not completed within 48hrs.

AMAZING ocean front views, the perfect beach house. Very clean. We enjoyed playing board games that were available in the living room. The wrap around porch is wonderful. The kitchen is VERY WELL STOCKED. The walk to the beach was so nice. We love being able to have our pet visit. We had originally expected to have 2 dogs staying with us. They ended up not coming, but the host was very accommodating in letting my sister’s dog (local dog) come visit on Friday.

Sea Scape Properties is our first choice for Wrightsville Beach rentals. We have stayed in their sound side dog friendly condo several times. This was our first stay in an ocean front private home. It was everything we needed and hoped for. A very comfortable home with a well stocked kitchen & bar area, nice furniture and laundry machines. The linens and towels were nice, good beds, clean bathrooms. The deck on this house is very relaxing with rocking chairs and a hammock, the deck also has a nice dining table. We all agreed we would definitely stay there again.
