The second floor includes 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, laundry room, plus a deck with plenty of outdoor seating-the perfect spot to enjoy some time in the shade. Two of the bedrooms on this floor each offer 2 full beds and each have their own full private bathrooms. The third bedroom has a queen bed, a TV, and shares a bathroom with the fourth bedroom. The fourth bedroom on this level has a king bed, large flat screen TV, sitting area and it's own access to the deck.

The top floor offers an open floor plan including the living space, dining area, kitchen, powder bathroom and the fifth bedroom. The fully stocked kitchen is updated with granite counters, stainless steel appliances, separate ice maker, and access to a covered deck out back including a gas grill. With a large center island and bar seating for 4, there's plenty of space to gather around the kitchen while cooking up the day's fresh catch. The dining room table seats 8 and is located right of the living area. The spacious, open living area has a large flat screen TV and plenty of seating for the entire family to enjoy movie nights or catch up on the day's adventures Head out to the sound side deck from the living area to enjoy the outdoor TV and glass top table with a gas fire feature. Watch the game while shooting the breeze and overlooking Banks Channel from this top level deck with plenty of comfortable seating.

When you arrive, beds will be made with crisp, fresh linens and complete sets of fluffy towels will be available. Beach bikes, cooler, beach cart and beach accessories are also provided for your enjoyment.
