** Sometimes a few extra hours can make a big difference, especially when preparing for a gathering or planning around plane flights. If early check-in (before 3PM) or late check-out (after 10AM) is available, we'll be happy to allow extra time ($25/hour)

Beautiful rental and location!
Perfect house for our family of 4. Gorgeous views from all decks! Completely equipped with everything you need. Quiet street but perfect location close to restaurants, stores, ect. We had a wonderful stay look forward to coming back!!
Excellent location!!!
Great location!!!! Can’t say enough about the location. Very usable layout and assessable to beach/restaurants/bars. My only suggestion is to replace the couches. I would stay there again!!
Wonderful extended stay!
We stayed in the Girman's condo for an extended visit from October to April. The condo had all the comforts of home and had plenty of room for our family of 5. We enjoyed becoming part of beach life and the warm atmosphere on Atlanta St. It was so fun to walk to the juice bar in the mornings, to Tower 7 for Baja Mex in the evenings, and take long walks to the north end of the island. The close proximity to "downtown" Wrightsville Beach AND the ocean made this a perfect place for us. You can see sunrise AND sunset from the Master bedroom porch...priceless. Seascape took excellent care of us throughout our stay. We highly recommend this rental.
Great Location
First, Seascape Properties was a fantastic company to work with. They went above and beyond to make sure that everything was set for our stay. Lynn made sure we had everything we needed and Tracy in the office was fabulous to work with. The property overall is OK. there have been some updates but, it could use a few more updates. The location was perfect. Within walking distance to everything and the views on all decks were great.
Great Rental
Everything was great and I highly recommend if you want to stay in the Wrightsville Beach area. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. No parking hassle (enough for 4 parking spaces by the way) If I needed anything, Tracie would respond immediately and that was great. You can see the sunrise abs sunset from the top floor, Decor was nice and there was enough space for our party of 10. Will definitely be booking with seascape rentals again. Overall very satisfied!
