The house is absolutely amazing- especially the VIEWW! We never wanted to leave!! Host is so nice and responsive and very accommodating. Would recommend to everyone coming to the area.

I rented the place for a the Wilmington Marathon. The place itself was fantastic. Private dock and right across from the beach which were awesome. Garage and extra garage fridge for more food and drink storage and all you could want for heading to the beach. The living space was spacious and a great place to hang and relax and had an awesome deck. The only negative was the listing is for up to 15 people, but I would not recommend more than 13. The upstairs pull out sofa was barely a bed. We had planned to sleep two on that sofa. One fit uncomfortably on the sofa bed and the other slept on a couch. I would not plan anyone to sleep there expect for maybe a child. Other than that (and a few too many messages) the place was fantastic and I would recommend for a large group wanting to stay near the beach.

Awesome stay! The house is incredible and the host’s kitchen is fully supplied with any glass, dish, utensil you may need! The views from the back of the house are beautiful! Great view of the sunset. The house is extremely spacious for people to gather together or have a quiet moment to themselves! Definitely recommend
