The main level offers an open concept floor plan with tasteful decor throughout. The living room has a flat screenTV and new sectional couch. An updated and fully stocked kitchen with extra bar seating for 4 provides a great place to prepare meals and connect with one another on the day’s adventures. The dining room table sits up to 8 people, and a bedroom with a King bed,flat screen tv, private bath, and private balcony complete this level.

The top level inlcludes a washer and dryer closet, elevator access, plus the remaining 3 bedrooms. A bedroom with 2 Queen beds, flat screen TV, and private deck access shares a bathroom with the bunk bedroom offering a Twin over Full bunk with a twin pull out trundle. The last bedroom has a King bed with it’s own private bath, flatscreen TV, and private balcony with water views of Lollipop Bay.

On the ground level there is parking for 5 vehicles (depending on size), a private outdoor shower, plus a grilling area with picnic table-the perfect spot for cooking up the day’s fresh catch after a fun filled day on the beach.

Sea Scape requires that all reservations have a signed rental agreement on file that will be emailed to you after booking. Once you’ve booked your stay, you will have 48 hrs. to complete the rental agreement to confirm your stay. Sea Scape reserves the right to cancel your booking if the rental agreement is not completed within 48hrs.
