Enjoy all the island life has to offer at this well-appointed oceanfront condo located on the top floor of the popular Sands IV condos. Community amenities available include a 3 ft. deep saltwater splash pool, direct beach access, outdoor showers, and an oceanfront grilling area. The Carolina Kraken is conveniently located just walking distance to the boardwalk, the beach, shops, restaurants, the marina, and the Carolina Beach Lake Park.

This convenient getaway is fully equipped for all of your vacation needs. Enjoy an open floor plan with views of the ocean from the living room, dining area, and kitchen. The King suite also offers incredible views of the ocean and has a private bathroom, smart streaming TV, and private access to the oceanfront deck. The second bedroom offers two twin beds, a smart streaming TV, and shared access to the second bathroom. For convenience, the sofa in the living room pulls out into a Queen-sized bed. The kitchen has recently updated appliances and counters making preparing large meals easy. The large oceanfront deck offers plenty of seating and is the perfect place to relax and catch the sunrise or take in the ocean breeze throughout your stay!

Summer activities on the boardwalk and at the lake all summer long include fireworks, free movies, concerts, festivals, and more.

Parking instructions:
2 Parking passes provided. To avoid towing, please have a completed parking pass visible in your windshield. If parked in, see the parking pass of the blocking car for their contact information Each unit has two spaces. Golf carts and trailers count. No additional parking passes can be provided due to strict HOA rules and regulations. Any additional vehicles must park in paid public parking.

**INCLUDED: WIFI, fully stocked kitchen, paper goods, and ALL linens, including all bedding + bath + beach towels to save you the hassle/cost of renting them separately ($200-300+ value)! When you arrive, beds will be made with crisp, fresh linens and complete sets of fluffy towels will be available.

You must be 25 years or older to rent this property.

Please notify our office if you’re planning to bring a pet as the following pet policy will apply: A maximum of 2 pets are permitted. ONLY DOGS ARE ALLOWED. The pet fee is $200 plus tax per pet. No dogs are allowed without prior approval and payment of a non-refundable pet fee, per pet. Undisclosed dogs will incur a minimum $300 fine plus tax. Violation of our 2-pet maximum policy will incur a minimum of $300 plus tax charge, per pet, plus the tenant will be in material breach of the lease, and grounds for eviction will apply. The pet must be removed from the premises immediately, and your reservation may be canceled with no refund given.

**Please note:  All service animals & emotional support animals must be disclosed at the time of booking to allow the agent to collect records and documentation to support the request in accordance with all state and federal laws. A pet fee will NOT be charged for true Service Animals.**

No pets are allowed on the beach strand from April 1 through September 30. Pets must be on a leash if on the beach strand from October 1 through March 31.

Sea Scape requires that all reservations have a signed rental agreement on file that will be emailed to you after booking. Once you’ve booked your stay, you will have 48 hrs. to complete the rental agreement to confirm your stay. Sea Scape reserves the right to cancel your booking if the rental agreement is not completed within 48hrs.

  • Lovely place with beautiful beach decor. Unbeatable location for the ocean view, access to the beach, and walkable to restaurants, boardwalk & shops. Sea Scapes kept me updated on check-in and checkout process through text and email messages. Also responded to locate the beach towels in the unit.

  • Lovely beach condo beautifully decorated. The location is steps from the Carolina beach, and walkable to the boardwalk, shops and restaurants. There’s also a small lake park with a
    walking path behind the condo area. Surprisingly close to Kure beach, Ft. Fisher, and to the 35 minute ferry to Southport. Airlie Gardens is 27 minutes away and was still beautiful off-season. Condo parking is a bit tight for an SUV, but doable. Bring your beach chairs or rent them as the storage access keys only opened 1 of 2 locks. No Keurig or blender. There’s a drip coffee maker & a local shop with ground coffee we enjoyed. Still an excellent beach front stay.

  • Loved the location the most. Being on the ocean is always great but there were also many other attractions and restaurants close by. The property is very clean and well taken care of.
