The resort pool is available by Memorial Weekend and closes by October 1st. (The pool may open as early as May 15th and close as early as Labor Day.)
Parking instructions:
2 parking passes provided. 1 assigned spot and 1 overflow spot. No additional parking passes can be provided due to strict HOA rules and regulations. Any additional vehicles must park in paid public parking.
Community washer and dryers are located on floors 2-10 and are available on a first come first serve basis.
**Renovations in other building units are underway during the winter. Construction noise is allowed Monday through Friday 8am thru 5pm.**
You must be 25 years or older to rent this property.
Sea Scape requires that all reservations have a signed rental agreement that will be sent to you via text message after booking. Once you’ve booked your stay, you will have 48 hrs. to complete the rental agreement to confirm your stay. Sea Scape reserves the right to cancel your booking if the rental agreement is not completed within 48hrs.

I stayed at The Islander in 3D and it was everything the pictures showed and more. It was picture perfect. The extras like beach towels and chairs and umbrellas, toys if you had children with you. It was all there. The kitchen was even stocked with everything you could need. I had an issue with the lights in the kitchen not working, I called and within a very short time a very nice maintenance guy showed up and took care of the problem and left me his cell number in case I had any other problems during my stay. Management was in contact with me during my stay making sure I had everything I needed. I’ll definitely be back for another Sea Scape vacation!
