The Islander – 7A

This luxurious end unit condo has everything you need to enjoy time well spent with family and friends. Recently updated and beautifully decorated, 7A offers an oceanfront balcony with some of the best views on the island. The bright and open floorplan offers plenty of natural light, endless ocean views, and includes the spacious living area, the dining area with table seating for 6, and the updated kitchen with bar seating for 2. The master suite includes a king bed, private full bathroom, smart TV, and an attached balcony with amazing views of Lollipop Bay. The perfect spot to catch the sunset or enjoy a cup of coffee before a fun filled day on the island. The Queen bedroom is down the hall and offers water views and a smart TV. The third bedroom includes a twin over a full bunk bed with a twin sized pullout trundle, smart TV and works out great as a kid’s room when traveling with little ones.

Offering ocean views, an oceanfront saltwater swimming pool, poolside cabana with wet bar, tennis court, grilling area, and a secure building lobby with elevator service to each floor, The Islander is the Wrightsville Beach resort experience you’ve been searching for! Enjoy the gated beach path providing direct and easy access to our beautiful white sand beach and the crystal-clear blue waters of the Atlantic Ocean. The resort pool is available by Memorial Weekend and closes by October 1st. (The pool may open as early as May 15th and close as early as Labor Day.)

Parking tags are required and will be left on the kitchen counter for you when you arrive. All condos include 2 parking spots. Additional paid parking is available street side or in one of several public parking lots on the Island.

Community washer and dryers are located on floors 2-10 and are available on a first come first serve basis.

**Renovations in other building units are underway during the winter. Construction noise is allowed Monday through Friday 8am thru 5pm.**

You must be 25 years or older to rent this property.

Sea Scape requires that all reservations have a signed rental agreement on file that will be emailed to you after booking. Once you’ve booked your stay, you will have 48 hrs. to complete the rental agreement to confirm your stay. Sea Scape reserves the right to cancel your booking if the rental agreement is not completed within 48hrs.
