The resort pool is available by Memorial Weekend and closes by October 1st. (The pool may open as early as May 15th and close as early as Labor Day.)
Parking instructions:
2 parking passes provided. 1 assigned spot and 1 overflow spot. No additional parking passes can be provided due to strict HOA rules and regulations. Any additional vehicles must park in paid public parking.
Community washer and dryers are located on floors 2-10 and are available on a first come first serve basis.
**Renovations for the deck railings are underway until Memorial Day. Construction noise will be taking place Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm. We apologize for any inconvenience and noise this may cause during your stay and appreciate your understanding.**
You must be 25 years or older to rent this property.
Sea Scape requires that all reservations have a signed rental agreement that will be sent to you via text message after booking. Once you’ve booked your stay, you will have 48 hrs. to complete the rental agreement to confirm your stay. Sea Scape reserves the right to cancel your booking if the rental agreement is not completed within 48hrs.

Absolutely the most perfect location. Close to the pier for fishing. The pool area looked nice; we didn’t use it. We used the surf boards on the ocean. The building was wonderful and easy to get your Condo. Whenever I did have a question, I got a response within a few minutes.

The condo was oceanfront, and beautifully maintained. The king bed was very comfortable, the living room furniture was very comfortable as well. The kitchen was well stocked and very organized. We had no complaints and had a wonderful stay.
