The Perfect Kure has three spacious levels, plus a shared rooftop deck with panoramic views of the island. A short walk to the beach, this conveniently located duplex is the Kure Beach vacation destination you’ve been looking for!

The top level offers a bright, open floor plan with a fully equipped kitchen, a large dining area, and a spacious living area. Stretch out in comfort on the large sectional couch and put your favorite programming on the streaming smart TV. The top-level bedroom is perfect for guests who need a quiet workspace to work remotely. Along with a desk, chair, and printer, the room also has a Twin daybed with a Twin trundle that pulls out. Access to the shared oceanside and rooftop deck is just outside the sliding doors. Enjoy incredible 360-degree views from the shared rooftop deck, the perfect spot to watch dolphins swim by or catch the sunrise at the start of your day.

On the second level, you’ll find the King bedroom suite. The adjoining private full bath has a jetted tub and a separate shower. Take your time getting your day started with a streaming smart TV and your own private deck. The playful bunk room has a Twin over Full bunk bed with a Twin trundle pullout. For entertainment, there’s a smart TV and a full-size arcade-style video game with all the classics to enjoy. Double down in the third spacious bedroom with two Queen beds and a streaming smart TV.

The spacious Queen bedroom suite awaits on the ground level and has a full private bathroom. The suite is also equipped with a mini fridge, coffee maker, microwave, and streaming smart TV. The ground level includes a welcoming foyer, a large laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer, and a side-by-side refrigerator for extra groceries and beverages. The elevator services all 3 floors. **Elevator reliable but not guaranteed**

Parking instructions:
driveway on left side of property is B side for 4 cars. Any additional vehicles that do not fit at the property must park in paid public parking.

You must be 25 years or older to rent this property.

Please notify our office if you’re planning to bring a pet as the following pet policy will apply: A maximum of 2 pets are permitted. ONLY DOGS ARE ALLOWED. The pet fee is $200 plus tax per pet. A pet fee will be added after booking. No dogs are allowed without prior approval and payment of a non-refundable pet fee, per pet. Undisclosed dogs will incur a minimum $300 fine plus tax. Violation of our 2-pet maximum policy will incur a minimum of $300 plus tax charge, per pet, plus the tenant will be in material breach of the lease, and grounds for eviction will apply. The pet must be removed from the premises immediately, and your reservation may be canceled with no refund given.

**Please note:  All service animals & emotional support animals must be disclosed at the time of booking to allow the agent to collect records and documentation to support the request in accordance with all state and federal laws. A pet fee will NOT be charged for true Service Animals.**

No pets are allowed on the beach strand from April 1 through September 30. Pets must be on a leash if on the beach strand from October 1 through March 31.

Sea Scape requires that all reservations have a signed rental agreement on file that will be emailed to you after booking. Once you’ve booked your stay, you will have 48 hrs. to complete the rental agreement to confirm your stay. Sea Scape reserves the right to cancel your booking if the rental agreement is not completed within 48hrs.

  • The property was amazing. We spent a lot of time on the roof top deck. Our kids have already asked if we can rent it again next year. Plenty of room for everyone and the elevator was great for my husband’s 86 yo mother. The beach was easy to access and a very short walk.
