When you arrive, beds will be made with crisp, fresh linens and complete sets of fluffy towels will be available. A cooler, beach chairs, and beach accessories are also provided for your enjoyment.

All reservations are required to have a signed rental agreement on file that will be emailed to you after booking. Once you’ve booked your stay, you will have 48 hrs. to complete the rental agreement to confirm your stay.     We booked Sea Scape’s Property last minute due to a different booking on the island being unacceptable. We truly appreciated the availability along with quick and easy check in. We were so thankful to walk into it and find that it was exactly like the description. It was very clean and spacious. We had 5 adults and 1 child. Appreciated that each of the 3 bedrooms had an adjoining bathroom and a half bath on the floor with kitchen/living room. Kitchen had good assortment of pots and pans, dishes, silverware. Very spacious. Nice dining room table to eat and play cards/board games. Nice beach chairs, umbrella, wagon, etc. Quick walk across the street to beach access. Good outside shower area with warm/cold water. Nice, quiet neighborhood. Games, puzzles, books inside and toys for kiddos. Beautiful inlet view on 2nd floor balcony. Nice table and chairs to eat and watch amazing sunsets. Master suite is really nice, and is the entire top floor with King bed and TV in room.

  • This was our first time at Topsail for an all-adult family summer beach trip. I was a little concerned about using a new realtor to book but it all went well. We had all the utensils and furnishings we needed, and the house was very clean. Very enjoyable!
