It’s the perfect size for families, multi-families, and groups of friends, and from the moment you step inside, you’ll know that you’ve chosen the perfect home for making lasting vacation memories.

The living room is at the heart of this home and has plenty of space for family and friends to gather in comfort. Guest can cozy up and stream a movie on the large Smart TV. The entire living space is open concept, so your group can hang out in the kitchen, dining area, or living room while still enjoying one another’s company.

The modern, state of the art kitchen is extremely well equipped for creating culinary masterpieces. We just love gathering around the large kitchen island (offers seating for 4) to have conversations together while meals are prepared and enjoying dinner with a view at the dining room table. Dine al fresco with water views at the large table on the top-level deck or grill up the day’s fresh catch on the propane grill while overlooking Banks Channel.

Five bedrooms and four and a half bathrooms welcome up to 10 guests to fresh linens, ample natural lighting, and plenty of space to relax and unwind. One of the bedrooms even offers a Peloton stationary bike for those looking to knock out a quick workout before a fun filled day in the sand and sun.

There is parking for up to four vehicles, with 2 garage spots offering EV chargers for electric vehicles and an enclosed outside shower with hot and cold water.

INCLUDED: WIFI, fully stocked kitchen, paper goods and ALL linens, including all bedding + bath + beach towels to save you the hassle/cost of renting them separately ($200-300+ value)! When you arrive, beds will be made with crisp, fresh linens and complete sets of fluffy towels will be available. Beach chairs, cooler, beach cart and beach accessories are also provided for your enjoyment.

Sea Scape requires that all reservations have a signed rental agreement on file that will be emailed to you after booking. Once you’ve booked your stay, you will have 48 hrs. to complete the rental agreement to confirm your stay. Sea Scape reserves the right to cancel your booking if the rental agreement is not completed within 48hrs.
