Sleeping up to 6 guests, this relaxing retreat offers the best of both worlds—direct beach access just a short walk away and your very own backyard launch into the tranquil waters of the sound, perfect for kayaking, paddleboarding, or simply watching the tide roll by.

To the right, the primary bedroom offers a cozy escape with a private en-suite bath. To the left, a charming daybed room and additional guest bedroom provide comfortable spaces for kids, couples, or friends. At the back, the living room and kitchen flow together seamlessly—perfect for gathering over meals, board games, or movie nights. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook up vacation favorites, and the convenient grocery lift makes bringing up supplies a breeze.

Downstairs, you’ll find a bonus basement space with an additional fridge and plenty of room to store your beach gear, paddleboards, and more. INCLUDED: WIFI, fully stocked kitchen, paper goods, and ALL linens, including all bedding + bath + beach towels to save you the hassle/cost of renting them separately ($200-300+ value)! When you arrive, beds will be made with crisp, fresh linens and complete sets of fluffy towels will be available. The cargo lift is for items only. If damages occur due to misuse the guest is liable for repair fees**

All reservations are required to have a signed rental agreement on file that will be emailed to you after booking. Once you’ve booked your stay, you will have 48 hrs. to complete the rental agreement to confirm your stay. We reserve the right to cancel your booking if the rental agreement is not completed within 48hrs.

    Loved that there was a fully stocked kitchen including a good assortment of basic spices. Lots of extra goodies for guests such as laundry pods and dish soap were available as well. The house was spotless and air conditioning was cold. Beds were super soft!!! 10/10 for customer service. Will definitely stay here again! The view from the screened back porch was icing on the cake.

  • I wish there were more stars to give! I have stayed in many weekly rentals but I have never experienced the quality of customer service as we had this week! I really appreciated the frequent “checking in” texts from SeaScape just to see if we needed anything. The house itself was beautiful and exceptionally clean. We appreciated the small touches like leaving a getting started kit for the kitchen including a small bottle of dish soap, coffee, sunscreen, and dishwasher pods. You guys really went above and beyond and we will absolutely use you again for our next vacation rental. I have already shared your information with a friend looking for a place to relax with her family.
