Wright by the Pier has all new furnishings and décor throughout. Close to shopping, dining, entertainment and the famous Johnnie Mercers Fishing Pier.

This 1st floor condo offers an open floorplan living area and kitchen with access to the covered deck from both the living room and the bedroom. 1 King Bedroom, 1 Bath + separate built-in twin bunks and a queen sleeper sofa for extra sleeping space.

No Pets, No Smoking.

Parking instructions:
Only 1 parking spot included, located in carport (2nd carport) from entrance. Sprinter vans will *not* clear the carport. Any additional vehicles must park in paid public parking.

INCLUDED: WIFI, fully stocked kitchen, paper goods and ALL linens, including all bedding + bath + beach towels to save you the hassle/cost of renting them separately ($200-300+ value)! When you arrive, beds will be made with crisp, fresh linens and complete sets of fluffy towels will be available. Beach bikes and beach accessories are also provided for your enjoyment.

You must be 25 years or older to rent this property.

Sea Scape requires that all reservations have a signed rental agreement that will be sent to you via text message after booking. Once you’ve booked your stay, you will have 48 hrs. to complete the rental agreement to confirm your stay. Sea Scape reserves the right to cancel your booking if the rental agreement is not completed within 48hrs.

    The property is very convenient to the beach, maybe 100 yards and no roads to cross. There are a couple of bar/restaurants within 200 ft of the place, and the Wrightsville beach pier (fishing) is 100 yards away. The condo is very nicely set up with everything one would need. There’s covered parking for 1 car and a small outdoor storage area with a lock. It has a washer & dryer, dishwasher, and newer, clean bathroom. There are one king-size bed and two bunks. There is a nice deck. It was perfect for us, a couple. It would also work for a couple and two children. We were very happy with the set-up. The landlord and beach equipment supplier were very quick to respond to inquiries.

    The condo was very nice, it does not overlook the ocean and no views. The balcony faces a parking lot. This didn’t bother us, we enjoyed our stay

  • Perfectly located, clean, well-appointed place. We would stay here again.
