This 1st floor condo offers an open floorplan living area and kitchen with access to the covered deck from both the living room and the bedroom. 1 King Bedroom, 1 Bath + separate built-in twin bunks and a queen sleeper sofa for extra sleeping space.
**Parking space for one car** No Pets, No Smoking
INCLUDED: WIFI, cleaning, fully stocked kitchen, paper goods and ALL linens, including all bedding + bath + beach towels to save you the hassle/cost of renting them separately ($200-300+ value)! When you arrive, beds will be made with crisp, fresh linens and complete sets of fluffy towels will be available. Beach bikes and beach accessories are also provided for your enjoyment.

Small space by the sea
The location was perfect, close to beach and near other enjoyment of Wrightsville Beach. Only negative point did not have code to staircase door initially and we ran out of toilet pap;er.
Awesome condo by the sea
Wonderfully furnished and equipped condo steps to the shore of Wrightsville Beach. Ocean view from the spacious deck. We enjoyed every minute and will be back! Perfect for a couple or family with small child. Location can't be beat and the unit is delightful!!
Better than a Hotel while Moving Daughter to College
As we moved our daughter into her apartment in Wilmington, we thought we'd rent a condo for a week, instead of staying in a hotel. This condo was perfect for our needs; it is within a block of the beach with a tiny view of the ocean from a corner of the deck and is only 4 miles to UNCW. It has a nice-sized master bedroom and living room, nicely equipped kitchen, and a good sized deck. It is best suited for a family of 3 or 4 with small children. The bunk bed is in the hallway leading from the front door to the bathroom with no privacy. So, although it sleeps 6 with the sleeper sofa in the living room, it would be very tight. Sheets, towels, and kitchen towels were provided in the rental rate (a bonus compared with other agencies) and the rental agency even offered us an extra parking space, if we couldn't find space for our second car at the condo. The rental agency was very friendly and helpful. The lock box at the condo made check-in very easy, too.
Nice getaway
Nicely decorated apartment and very comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised to see that there IS an ocean view from the living room window and balcony. We were sadly surprised to have to buy toilet paper.
A great place
We really enjoyed our stay at a Summer Place. The rental company was very accommodating and check in was super easy. The unit was clean and the kitchen was well stocked. You are very close to the beach. We plan to go back.
A nice getaway
My husband and I were looking for a beach get away and this fit the bill. The beach was just steps from our door and walking distance to some beach restaurants and shopping. Downtown Wilmington was only a 15-20 minute drive. Cons: Like another reviewer, we, too, had to buy toilet paper and lamps that had two light bulbs per lamp only had one bulb that worked in each so lighting was poor.
Steps From the Beach!
As soon as we checked in, we felt right at home. Instead of the usual blend look of a rental condo, ours looked like someone cared. The paint job, the furnishings, the well-stocked kitchen, all were a cut above.
Great Stay!
I had a great stay at this condo. The location was great--one block to the beach and walking distance to restaurants. The condo was recently redone and everything was new and clean. The bed was very comfortable. The only possible issue was that I could hear people walking around upstairs and also could hear some street noise. It wasn't a huge deal but might be annoying for light sleepers. Otherwise though the condo was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located. I would stay there again.
