The bright and open floorplan offers incredible ocean views and includes a large living area with plenty of space to spread out and kick back after a fun filled day on the beach. The dining table has seating for 6 and is the perfect spot to enjoy meals together while sharing stories of the day’s adventures. The kitchen comes fully stocked with all the necessities of home and offers bar seating for 4. Step out onto the covered oceanfront deck to feel the ocean breezes, listen to the waves crash, and watch the dolphins swim by.

The oceanfront master suite bedroom includes a king bed, ocean views, direct access out to the deck, smart TV and an attached bathroom with dual vanities plus a separate jetted tub and shower. Wake up and step right out your bedroom door to see the sunrise over the ocean. The queen master bedroom offers marsh views, direct access to the marsh side deck, and a full private bathroom with a tub/shower combo. The 3rd bedroom on the main level includes another queen bed and access to a private balcony overlooking the marsh.

Head upstairs and you’ll find the loft offering 2 twin beds, ocean views, a smart TV, and a dedicated workspace including a desk and monitor.

Kick back by one of two community pools, play an afternoon tennis match, or take a walk to the end of the Island to explore Mason’s Inlet, a natural shoreline filled with shells and island wildlife.

Azure Waves comes with two parking spots for your convenience.

Parking instructions:
2 assigned parking spots in front of garage labeled 3D. Park one vehicle behind the other. Parking passes are required and will be left on the kitchen counter. No additional parking passes can be provided due to strict HOA rules and regulations. Any additional vehicles must park in paid public parking.

INCLUDED: WIFI, fully stocked kitchen, paper goods and ALL linens, including all bedding + bath + beach towels to save you the hassle/cost of renting them separately ($200-300+ value)! When you arrive, beds will be made with crisp, fresh linens and complete sets of fluffy towels will be available. Beach cruiser bikes, cooler, beach cart and beach accessories are also provided for your enjoyment.

You must be 25 years or older to rent this property.

Sea Scape requires that all reservations have a signed rental agreement on file that will be emailed to you after booking. Once you’ve booked your stay, you will have 48 hrs. to complete the rental agreement to confirm your stay. Sea Scape reserves the right to cancel your booking if the rental agreement is not completed within 48hrs.

  • Overall the condo was very accommodating and amenities made the stay enjoyable and convenient for guests. There were a few maintenance issues that should be addressed that would make the place a more enjoyable stay.

  • Very nice property – excellent location and well kept

  • Recently renovated, this top floor unit is very nice. We’ve stayed in other WD units before on the first and second non-Sterling edition buildings. The quality seemed much better and this was a very quiet unit (top floor, end unit). It is well stocked, much more so than other units we’ve rented. Not all things have been renovated (older tile, cabinets, etc.), but for a rental you couldn’t ask for more in terms of condition. The only negative is the master bath has a relatively small shower, but this is really not a big deal at all. There weren’t any reviews of this unit before we booked/stayed, and we don’t usually take chances, so we wanted to write a review to let other prospective renters that this unit is great. But if you try to book the next time we are going to book this unit please disregard everything I’ve written and look elsewhere!
