This beautifully updated 3BR/3BA, end unit condo in Wrightsville Dunes offers incredible ocean views from 2 large, covered oceanfront decks plus access to community amenities including 2 outdoor pools, beach access with outdoor shower, building elevator, and a community tennis court.

Catch the Breeze is two stories, and the main level includes an open concept living, dining, and kitchen area, all with ocean views. The updated kitchen is equipped with all the comforts of home, and access to one of two oceanfront covered decks is through sliding glass doors off the living area. The large, covered deck has plenty of space for the entire group to spread out and relax in the ocean breezes. The large combo dining table/kitchen island is the perfect spot to gather for meals after a fun filled day enjoying all that Wrightsville Beach has to offer. The main level bedroom includes a Twin over Full bunk bed with a Trundle bed, smart TV, and offers peek views of the marsh. A full bathroom off the hallway completes the main level.

Head upstairs and you’ll find the oceanfront master suite with a King bed and some of the best views Wrightsville Beach has to offer. The master suite includes a private updated bathroom and access to another large, covered oceanfront deck offering more incredible views. The perfect spot to enjoy a sunrise or relax in the shade and ocean breezes. Another master bedroom with a Queen bed, private updated bathroom, smart TV, and marsh view is located across the hallway and sitting area completing the top level.

Parking instructions:
2 Covered spots labeled 1A underneath building. 2x Parking passes are required and are left on the counter for guest to use. No additional parking passes can be provided due to strict HOA rules and regulations. Any additional vehicles must park in paid public parking.

INCLUDED: WIFI, fully stocked kitchen, paper goods and ALL linens, including all bedding + bath + beach towels to save you the hassle/cost of renting them separately ($200-300+ value)! When you arrive, beds will be made with crisp, fresh linens and complete sets of fluffy towels will be available. Beach bikes, cooler, beach cart and beach accessories are also provided for your enjoyment.

You must be 25 years or older to rent this property.

Sea Scape requires that all reservations have a signed rental agreement that will be sent to you via text message after booking. Once you’ve booked your stay, you will have 48 hrs. to complete the rental agreement to confirm your stay. Sea Scape reserves the right to cancel your booking if the rental agreement is not completed within 48hrs.

  • The property was great! The location in Wrightsville Dunes is away from the noisiest parts of the beach, but central enough that it was easy to go into town for dinner. The house was well appointed with everything we needed for a great stay, everything was terrific, and Sea Scape quickly addressed all our questions.

  • The condo and location were great. They’ve thought of several extras that make it more enjoyable- beach buggy and chairs, bikes, even beach towels. The pools are nice, tennis court for tennis or pickleball. The customer service was excellent, proactively checking to ensure all was fine. We appreciated the location away from the main drag and the private beach.

  • Lovely location and very modern and spacious. Bedrooms were fantastic and the views were outstanding. Very responsive on the asks and I also appreciated the beach stuff. I would definitely recommend this to others and stay again.
