Pier Haven is a meticulously renovated modern luxury beach house offering two similar units that can be booked separately or as an entire home. With two levels (Unit A and B), both are open floorplan with the lower unit B featuring four bedrooms and three full bathrooms and the upper unit A featuring three bedrooms and two bathrooms, this haven combines a sleek design with the comfort of home. Each unit boasts its own private entrance, kitchen, living space with a fireplace, and covered decks that provide expansive oceanfront views, ensuring ample space and privacy for your group to luxuriate.
The ground floor of Pier Haven features a covered garage with hard to come by premium beach parking with space for 6+ vehicles. The private backyard (only available for guests who book the entire property) invites you to barbecue or indulge in beach games near the pool. The laundry room is fully equipped with a washer, dryer, beach essentials, and an outdoor shower for a refreshing rinse after soaking up the sun.
Unit B, on the lower level, welcomes you with an open floorplan, an ocean-view living area with a large smart TV and fireplace, and a fully stocked kitchen with new appliances. The covered deck provides an ideal spot for outdoor dining or enjoying the ocean breeze. Two Queen bedrooms, complete with new mattresses and furnishings, share a full bathroom, with one offering a portable workspace for remote work. The two spacious master suites feature King beds and a private full bathroom in both with peek ocean views.
Unit A on the upper level boasts spectacular indoor and outdoor ocean and pier views. The living area features all-new furnishings, a color-changing fireplace, and a large smart TV. Exit to the covered deck for additional outdoor dining or revel in the sound of crashing waves and sightings of dolphins. The fully stocked kitchen with a large island is perfect for preparing meals, and the indoor dining area offers mesmerizing ocean views. The first Queen bedroom has access to an oceanside deck, sharing a hallway bathroom with the second Queen bedroom. The spacious master suite includes a King bed, private full bathroom, direct access to the oceanside deck, peek ocean views, and a smart TV.
Please note: The upper and lower units are NOT connected by interior stairs.
INCLUDED: WIFI, fully stocked kitchen, paper goods, and ALL linens, including bedding, bath, and beach towels – a value of $200-300+! Beds will be made with crisp, fresh linens upon arrival, and fluffy towels will be available. Also included are ten beach chairs, four boogie boards, a cooler, a stroller, and a beach cart.

Once you’ve booked your stay, you will have 48 hrs. to complete the rental agreement to confirm your stay.
