Only a short walk to the beach, local restaurants, and several local shops, this is the perfect spot for your next Wrightsville Beach vacation.

The main level offers an open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area with plenty of space for family and friends to make memories together. The wet bar is conveniently located near the dining area, and plenty of windows provide natural lighting and water views. Relax on the large deck off the living area, a great place to enjoy some shade or watch the sunset. The living room offers a queen size sleeper sofa. The master suite bedroom includes a king bed, a private bathroom, and smart Apple TV. A powder bathroom completes the main level.

The second level includes 4 bedrooms: The king master suite has water views, a private bathroom, smart apple TV, and direct access to the deck. A queen bedroom includes a private bathroom. Another queen master bedroom has a private bathroom and a smart apple TV. The fourth bedroom offers water views with 2-day beds and deck access.

The spacious top level includes a bonus living space with smart apple TV, 2 twin over twin bunk beds, a pullout sleeper sofa, and a full bathroom. This is the perfect spot for families to gather for games or to tell stories about the day’s adventures. The top-level deck offers some of the best water views on the island.

The ground level includes the entry foyer, tiki room with flat screen tv, access, 2 car garage, and an outdoor shower to rinse off after a long day in the sand and sun. This house also offers one single person kayak. There is parking for 2 cars inside the garage and driveway parking for 6-7 vehicles, depending on vehicle size. Any additional vehicles that do not fit at the property must park in paid public parking.

2 garage parking spots, parking for 6-7 vehicles in driveway, depending on vehicle size. *DO NOT PARK IN THE GRASS*

INCLUDED: WIFI, fully stocked kitchen, paper goods, and ALL linens, including all bedding + bath + beach towels to save you the hassle/cost of renting them separately ($200-300+ value)! When you arrive, beds will be made with crisp, fresh linens and complete sets of fluffy towels will be available. Beach bikes, cooler, beach cart, and beach accessories are also provided for your enjoyment.

You must be 25 years or older to rent this property.

Please notify our office if you’re planning to bring a pet as the following pet policy will apply: A maximum of 2 pets are permitted. ONLY DOGS ARE ALLOWED. The pet fee is $200 per pet plus tax. A pet fee will be added after booking. No dogs are allowed without prior approval and payment of a non-refundable pet fee, per pet. Undisclosed dogs will incur a minimum $300 fine plus tax. Violation of our 2-pet maximum policy will incur a minimum of $300 plus tax charge, per pet, plus the tenant will be in material breach of the lease, and grounds for eviction will apply. The pet must be removed from the premises immediately, and your reservation may be canceled with no refund given.

**Please note:  All service animals & emotional support animals must be disclosed at the time of booking to allow the agent to collect records and documentation to support the request in accordance with all state and federal laws. A pet fee will NOT be charged for true Service Animals.**

No pets are allowed on the beach strand from April 1 through September 30. Pets must be on a leash if on the beach strand from October 1 through March 31.

Sea Scape requires that all reservations have a signed rental agreement on file that will be emailed to you after booking. Once you’ve booked your stay, you will have 48 hrs. to complete the rental agreement to confirm your stay. Sea Scape reserves the right to cancel your booking if the rental agreement is not completed within 48hrs.

  • One of the best rentals I’ve stayed at. Very accommodating.

  • Ocean Mist was an incredible property to stay at. From the moment we stepped into the house we knew we had picked the right place to stay. The house was very clean, all the beds were made, towels were folded and placed in each room, so we really felt welcomed. The views from the back porches were amazing and we were right around the corner from the coffee shops, bars, and restaurants. Everyone was able to sleep very comfortably and the kitchen had everything we needed to make meals. The driveway is able to fit at least 6 cars which takes away the stress of having to find parking. Also we were able to use all the bikes and beach chairs included with the property rental which made our experience top tier. The management staff consistently checked in to make sure we were happy with our stay and quickly answered any questions we had. I would highly recommend ocean mist to anyone looking to book a vacation in Wrightsville Beach
