The powder bathroom and laundry room complete the main level.

On the first level you’ll find 3 Queen bedrooms and the bunk bedroom, plus access to the large deck with plenty of outdoor seating.

Head upstairs for some fun in the rec room with foosball table, karaoke machine, and mini fridge. The bonus TV room upstairs offers a large flat screen TV and comfortable couch, it’s the perfect spot for keeping the kids entertained after a fun filled day in the sand and the sun. And you can’t miss sunrise or sunset from the top level balcony, offering expansive views of the ocean, Topsail Island and the waterways.

Just down the street is the community day dock, a great spot for catching a fish or enjoying the sunset.

**INCLUDED: WIFI, fully stocked kitchen, paper goods and ALL linens, including all bedding + bath + beach towels to save you the hassle/cost of renting them separately ($200-300+ value)! When you arrive, beds will be made with crisp, fresh linens and complete sets of fluffy towels will be available. 3 Beach bikes, a cooler, and 4 beach chairs are also provided for your enjoyment.

Driveway parking is available for up to 6 vehicles, depending on size.

Sea Scape requires that all reservations have a signed rental agreement on file that will be emailed to you after booking. Once you’ve booked your stay, you will have 48 hrs. to complete the rental agreement to confirm your stay. Sea Scape reserves the right to cancel your booking if the rental agreement is not completed within 48hrs.
