Accounting & Billing
We cover the collection of all rental payments with detailed monthly statements outlining revenue, expenses, reservations, as well as a detailed year-end 1099 statement preparation for taxes. We’ll also handle all utility, cleaning and repair payments, along with any HOA fees if required.
Marketing & Advertising
We list your property on the top vacation rental websites including VRBO and HomeAway, as well as our high-traffic, mobile-friendly website (click here to see!). To keep your property booked year-round, we’ll offer seasonal promotions to past, current and future guests to maximize your income through the fall & winter.
Nothing is more important than a clean property! We keep our properties in tip top condition and ready for every guest. Our properties are inspected prior to every guest’s arrival and upon departure.
Our maintenance team is ready for any issue that may arise, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. From minor repairs to late night emergencies, our maintenance team is always on-call for our guests. Preventative packages are also available for our owners for greater peace of mind and to help keep us aware of potential issues that may arise.
Reservations & Booking
Our reservations team provides immediate, friendly answers to all guest inquiries.
We recommend our owners provide an all-inclusive package for ultimate guest satisfaction. Every Sea Scape Property comes included with all linens including beach & bath towels, all kitchen utensils, beach chairs and various beach accessories. See a full list of our vacation rental amenities.
Each of our properties is installed with a Yale Keyless Entry lock system, which allows us to give authorized access to guests, maintenance and housekeeping personnel. We are notified each and every time someone enters your property.
Owner’s Portal
Our custom owner’s portal allows each owner to view all the information pertaining to each of their properties, with the ability to submit real-time maintenance requests and view all financial reports online. To keep our maintenance staff working as efficient as possible, we include all serial numbers of appliances in your property so we can quickly and easily replace an item for any reason.
