What is standard check-in and check-out time?
Check in time is 4pm. Check out time is 10am.
Please contact us if you would like to request an early arrival or departure. We will accommodate if availability permits. Fees may apply.
Do your properties include linens and towels?
Yes. Each of our properties include all fresh linen- bath towels, beach towels, along with various beach accessories- beach buggies, beach toys, boogie boards, etc.
How close is the beach access?
Each property is different, but most properties are within 300 feet of a beach access (if it’s not already on the beach). Ask the reservationist when inquiring about a property.
Do your properties have an elevator?
Most of our homes have an elevator. If this is an absolute need, please ask the reservationist prior to booking.
Do your properties have free wifi?
Of course! What’s a vacation without it? Free wifi is available in every home. The password will be located on the refrigerator.
How much parking is available?
Parking is limited per property. You will be designated parking spots when arriving to the property.
What is the flexibility in booking a property under the minimum night requirement?
Each property has a minimum night requirement depending on the season. If you see dates that are available, but don’t meet the required minimum night stay, please contact us directly.
Are your properties pet friendly?
Yes. Most of our properties are pet friendly, with a breed and weight limitation. Please review the Pet Policy for each property prior to booking.
Are all the beaches pet friendly?
