🐾 Pet Policy
Dogs are welcome with approval!
• Maximum of 2 dogs
• $250 per pet + tax (added after booking)
• Prior approval required

Undisclosed pets or violations of the policy may result in fines or cancellation.

Please note:
• Service animals and emotional support animals must be disclosed at booking (no fee for verified service animals).
• Dogs are not permitted on Wrightsville Beach from April 1 – September 30.
• From October 1 – March 31, dogs must remain on a leash.

📄 Rental Agreement
Sea Scape requires a signed rental agreement for all reservations. After booking, the agreement will be sent via text message and must be completed within 48 hours to confirm your stay.
