We are so excited to announce we have expanded to a brand new area – Ocean Isle Beach!

Just 12 years ago, our company began its journey with 9 properties and a handful of employees.

We now manage over 120 vacation rentals from North Topsail Beach all the way down to Ocean Isle Beach!

How did we do it? By never losing touch with what our property owners and guests have come to expect from us – expertly maintained and well appointed vacation homes.

As a result, we have become the leading property management company in our area! Our veteran staff is driven to provide the most memorable vacation experience possible by creating a relaxing and welcoming atmosphere in all our homes. If you aren’t familiar with the little quaint town of Ocean Isle, here’s a quick read for you….

Ocean Isle Beach is a barrier island town in Brunswick County, North Carolina commonly known as the Brunswick Islands.

It’s roughly 10 miles South of Wilmington and stretches for about 7 miles down the Atlantic coast. If you are looking to avoid the crowds but still enjoy an active community, this is your beach. Not to mention due to its unusual east-west direction, sunrises and sunsets are amazingly dramatic.

A little history…

Ocean Isle Beach was founded in the early 1900s by a group of businessmen who saw the potential for a resort town on the barrier islands. The town grew slowly at first, but it began to boom in the 1950s and 1960s as more and more people discovered its charms. Today, it’s a popular vacation destination without the commercialism of other areas which has helped to preserve its beach town charm.

Things to Do

Ocean Isle offers two miles of beautiful white sand beaches perfect for swimming, sunbathing, surfing, and fishing.

If lazy days on the beach isn’t your thing, the Ocean Isle Beach Pier is a 1,200-foot-long pier that offers stunning views of the Atlantic Ocean and is a popular spot for fishing, crabbing, and bird watching.

If you’re looking to have some fun on the water, there are several outfitters in town that offer rentals and lessons. Summertide Adventure Tours offers kayak rentals and tours as well as boat charters!

There is no shortage of fantastic eateries to stop in too. Everything from casual dining to fine dining and of course, there are also several seafood restaurants, perfect for enjoying fresh, local seafood. For a complete list, click here.

For the avid shopper, there are lots of locally owned boutique and souvenir shops as well as a few art galleries to visit.

And don’t forget the after-dark activities! Ocean Isle Beach has a lively nightlife scene, with several bars and clubs that stay open late.

Best Time to Visit

Although the weather is warm and sunny year-round, the best time to visit is during the spring or fall, when the weather is warm and sunny, but not too hot. The hottest months are July and August and coolest are December and January with an average temperature of 55 degrees.

The summer months are of course the busiest months so if you are looking for a bit more sand for your towel, consider visiting during the shoulder seasons.

Getting to the Island

If you’re planning a road trip, Ocean Isle is located off U.S. Highway 17. From Wilmington, you would take U.S. Highway 17 south for about 45 miles.

Flying? The closest airport is the Wilmington International Airport. But not much further is the Myrtle Beach International Airport which is south of Ocean Isle Beach. Both are about an hour away.
